The Poco X3 (Indian variant) just received a new MIUI 12.0.8.0 OTA update.
Poco X3 NFC just recently received MIUI 12.0.6.0 firmware update. Here is the new MIUI 12.0.8 update for the Poco X3 Indian variants featuring November 2020 security patch still based on Android 10. While the manufacturer may release Android 11 for the Poco X3 in the future, it may take a while to even see a beat program for the device.
Meanwhile, MIUI V12.0.8.0.QJGINXM is your best bet. The OTA also brings support for call recording for the Poco X3. Following are all the details about the device.

It’s a stable release, and you will get this update Over-the-Air. Check your notification panel for update notification. If you didn’t get an update notification, manually check for the update by going into Settings -> About phone -> System update -> Check for updates. The update is sized around 319MB. While the incremental OTA weighs just 320 MB in size, the full OTA weighs in around 2.2GB in size. You can either download it from settings > system updates > check for OTA updates.
